IT Administrator

With an emphasis on organization, speed, and service, it effectively supports the management, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, with modern infrastructure and experienced human resources.
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to strengthen our company's IT Department. The ideal candidate will take on the management and support of a modern IT infrastructure that includes a Microsoft Windows environment, virtualized servers on Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, corporate networks, and security systems.
The position requires a combination of technical expertise, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability, with active involvement in both daily operations and the evolution of the IT infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities
- Management, monitoring, and support of WindowsServers.
- Management of Microsoft Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines.
- Management of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Management of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Support for approximately 150 corporate workstations and laptops.
- Management and configuration of FortiGateFirewalls and VPN connections.
- Monitoring and checking backup systems via VeeamBackup & Replication.
- Management of corporate printers, multi-function devices, and other peripheral equipment.
- Collaboration with external suppliers and technical partners.
- Troubleshooting at the server, network, and endpoint level.
- Implementation of information security policies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Participation in upgrade, migration, and infrastructure optimization projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Informatics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Hyper-V
- Microsoft 365
- TCP/IP Networking
- Fortinet products
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Experience in troubleshooting corporate infrastructures.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to work with priorities and effective incident management.
