Insight into your tasks:

  • Advice and support for scientists and doctors in the context of project applications as well as the preparation of, among others, budget calculations, study designs, and ethics applications
  • Responsibility for the scientific-administrative implementation, controlling, and completion of research projects (including DIGIZ, SPP2177 radiomics, NAKO Gesundheitsstudie)
  • Coordination of the activities of cooperation partners in collaborative projects as well as support in contract management
  • Independent organization and implementation of internal and cross-clinic events (workshops, project meetings, conferences)
  • Opportunity to participate in the publication of scientific publications
  • External representation of research projects through presentations, websites, newsletters including public relations in cooperation with the central facilities of the clinic

Your profile:

  • completed scientific university degree with a doctorate, preferably in the field of life and natural sciences
  • ideally experience in the application and administration of scientific research projects as well as knowledge of the national funding landscape
  • very good written and oral communication skills, also in English
  • confident handling of common IT programs
  • strong communication and teamwork skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility
  • independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

The position is to be filled in full-time or in two part-time positions and is initially limited to 2 years (with the option of extension).
