Medical Documentarian / Documentation Assistant (m/f/d)

One goal of our clinic is the establishment of interdisciplinary and innovative cancer therapies at the highest level. We place special emphasis on conducting clinical trials and offering innovative therapeutic procedures. In the Klinische Studienzentrale, all studies conducted in the Klinik für Innere Medizin I are coordinated and supervised. The Early Clinical Trial Unit (ECTU) for early Phase I/II studies offers intensive clinical care and innovative therapy concepts for tumor patients in close cooperation with our partners.

Insight into your tasks:

  • structured documentation of Phase I-IV studies and registries
  • support in the documentation of study patients with hematological and solid tumor diseases
  • supportive collaboration in the conduct of Phase I-IV clinical trials and registries
  • close cooperation with study assistants, investigators, and other external cooperation partners

You possess:

  • completed vocational training as a Medizinischer Dokumentarin (m/f/d) or Dokumentationsassistent*in (m/f/d), Fachangestellte für Medien- und Informationsdienste with a focus on medical documentation (m/f/d), Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in health and nursing or a related profession with a medical background
  • ideally several years of relevant professional experience
  • great subject-specific interest in clinical research
  • good IT skills (especially MS-Office)
  • very good written and spoken English skills
  • ability to work in a team and commitment
  • interest in further education and training

The position is to be filled part-time or full-time (50% - 100%), project-based until 31.12.2028, with the option for extension.
