Service Operations Planner within wind power
Have you worked practically with wind power and feel that you want to use your technical experience in a more planning and coordinating role?
We are looking for you who understands what is actually required out on site, but who also has the ability to look ahead, plan forward, and make resources, maintenance, and activities align.
In the role of Service Operations Planner, you will become an important part of the operational business. You will plan and follow up on maintenance work, coordinate resources, and ensure that the right intervention can be carried out at the right time. This is a role for you who thrives in the intersection between technology, planning, and people.
The position is a one-year consultancy assignment starting in November, where you will be employed as a consultant at Unik Resurs.
Tasks and responsibilities
Your focus lies on creating structure and foresight in the daily operations.
You will, among other things:
plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and service activities plan and coordinate both planned and unplanned corrective maintenance interventions work with load and capacity planning as well as resource allocation prioritize and follow up on activities based on technical and operational needs coordinate internal and external resources as well as needs for, for example, cranes and other lifting equipment manage and follow up on Work Orders, Service Orders, and Notifications lead and participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings follow up on execution, KPIs, and planned activities support the business in the work with efficiency, resource optimization, and continuous improvements.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you have at least two years of practical experience from wind power, for example as a Wind Turbine Technician, Senior Technician, or Site Lead.
It is important that you have a good technical understanding of the turbines' components, maintenance, and safety work. You have experience in both preventive and corrective maintenance and understand how work out on site actually functions.
We would also like to see that you have experience in:
planning and follow-up of maintenance activities Work Orders, Notifications, and Service Orders working in CMMS-/ERP-systems, for example SAP or similar resource and capacity planning digital planning tools and Microsoft Office.
Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you need to be able to communicate clearly and enjoy coordinating different people and functions. You work in a structured manner, are meticulous, and find it easy to see what needs to be prioritized.
You also need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
