- Manage all Test Engineering activities from NPI through mass production.
- Develop test strategies and plans according to product and manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure test processes meet Quality, Reliability, Yield, and Production Capacity requirements.
- Establish and monitor Test Engineering KPIs.
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on production demand.

Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or above in:
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunications
- Automation/Control Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Computer Engineering
- Or other related engineering fields.
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing and SMT/PCBA processes.
- Good knowledge of:
- Manufacturing Test Engineering
- Functional Test (FCT)
- In-Circuit Test (ICT)
- Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Test Fixture/Jig
- Test Program Development
