We at Uniflex Höglandet are now looking for a Strategic Buyer to TECCA. Here you will have a central role in a company that is on an exciting journey of change, where you will have the opportunity to influence procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and the company's future supply chain.
TECCA develops and delivers innovative building materials with a focus on solutions that contribute to more sustainable construction. The company has operations in Jönköping and Vetlanda, has around 30 employees, and is part of the listed trading group Salix Group.
About the role
As a Strategic Buyer, you will have a broad and important responsibility where you combine strategic procurement, analysis, negotiation, and business development.
You will become an important part of TECCA's continued development and will, among other things:
Analyze and develop supply strategies with a focus on cost-effectiveness and savings.
Develop and implement strategies for different supplier groups.
Analyze markets, suppliers, and cost structures.
Drive projects and improvement activities within procurement and product development.
Be responsible for KPIs, requirements setting, and supplier follow-up.
Negotiate agreements and develop long-term supplier relationships.
Work with contract issues and contribute expertise regarding legal terms.
Identify new business opportunities and smarter ways of working.
Participate in and develop procurement processes with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
This is a role for you who wants the opportunity to influence and take responsibility, rather than solely working operationally with procurement.
Who are we looking for?
Above all, we are looking for you who is a skilled strategic buyer and who enjoys combining analysis, business, and relationships.
You have experience in strategic procurement and are accustomed to analyzing costs, markets, and suppliers, as well as driving negotiations and developing supplier relationships.
Experience from, for example, construction, plastic, packaging, or engineering is meritorious, but the most important thing is your competence in strategic procurement. If you have the right experience from another industry, we would therefore like to hear from you.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you:
Have experience in strategic procurement.
Have good knowledge of Excel and are accustomed to working analytically with data.
Are a confident and skilled negotiator.
Have good business understanding and see opportunities for improvements and savings.
Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
Are curious about how AI and new digital opportunities can develop procurement work.
Have an interest in sustainability and innovation.
Are structured and methodical, but at the same time flexible when conditions change.
Find it easy to create good relationships with both colleagues, suppliers, and other partners.
As a person, you are driven, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive with high demands and clear goals and like to combine long-term strategic work with concrete business and results.
