QS Engineer - MEP

• ถอดปริมาณงานระบบ (Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing / Fire Protection / HVAC) จากแบบก่อสร้างและ Shop Drawing
• ตรวจสอบและดูแลเอกสาร MEP work
• จัดทำ BOQ (Bill of Quantity) และประมาณราคางานระบบ
• ควบคุมต้นทุนงานระบบประกอบอาคาร ทั้งระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล และสุขาภิบาล
• วางแผนการก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น (Preliminary Planning) เพื่อคิดปริมาณงานจริงเพื่อเบิกจ่าย
• การทำ Budget & Cost Control ฯลฯ
• จัดทำรายงาน และนำเสนองานโครงการต่างๆ

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Experience in MEP systems for high-rise buildings, hotels, and condominiums is preferred Good communication, coordination, and execution skills, serious work, and a strong sense of responsibility. Strong interpersonal & communication skills and attention to detail. And also can work under pressure. Have a car diving license Good command in English skill
