Quality Engineer

1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements
2. Maintain and improve existing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to comply with industry standards
3. Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and test plans
4. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
5. Lead quality audits and assessments to identify process improvements
6. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality
7. Investigate and analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
8. Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with quality standards
9. Create detailed reports on quality assurance activities and findings
10. Stay up to date with industry trends, quality standards, and best practices

Qualifications: Male or female, age 25-35 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field Experience working in a QA/QC Engineer position or related field Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management Systems Able to communicate in English Good communication skills and a team spirit, able to work effectively with other departments to resolve quality issues Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
