Quality Engineer

-Establish and define product quality standards in accordance with specifications and requirements -Analyze and resolve issues during the First Article stage, and develop quality control systems for mass production -Monitor, analyze, and improve product and process abnormalities -using quality tools such as 8D and QC 7 Tools -Plan and execute product/process quality audits, and follow up on corrective actions -Handle customer quality complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures -Lead and follow up on quality improvement projects

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field Ability to communicate in English or Thai (Chinese language skills will be an advantage) Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D and QC 7 Tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills Responsible, diligent, and honest Eager to learn and able to adapt quickly
