We are looking for a person for the Portfolio Manager position, who will join us at this key moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing? We are looking for someone who will combine the world of financial markets with active business development. We offer a unique role that is not limited solely to the traditional investment process. You will operate at the intersection of classic fund management and full managerial responsibility for an investment product – from the idea, through implementation and IT processes, to sales development. If you want not only to analyze the market and manage assets but also to have a real impact on how our investment products look, how they are implemented, and how they are created – this place is for you.
Tasks:
Investment Area: Participation in the investment process regarding asset allocation in global financial markets across various asset classes (multi-assets) Making investment decisions based on fundamental analysis and current market situations Active participation in investment committee meetings with high exposure to the development of the investment process Product and Business Development Area (End-to-End): Co-creating strategies, implementing new solutions, and actively participating in the ongoing management and development of the entire investment department Full responsibility for the product (from the implementation of investment products, through participation in preparing promotional materials, to fundraising and ongoing contacts with the network) Collaboration with development teams, IT analysts, testers, and stakeholders from the Group and external partners regarding the definition of processes, regulatory requirements, and system integration Supervision of the functional scope, quality, and timeliness of product and initiative implementation
Skills you should have Investment Advisor License – a mandatory requirement (applications without a DI license will not be considered) Minimum several years of experience in a similar position with a documented, positive track record of results Higher education (economics, mathematics, computer science, or related) Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1) High analytical skills combined with ease of communication and the ability to connect the needs of IT, business, and the capital market Hardworking, end-to-end responsibility, and a strong orientation toward delivering results Nice to have: Holding a CFA title (or equivalent) Basic knowledge of Python and/or SQL
