What you will be doing? Managing, designing, organizing, and implementing training and development activities for headquarters and sales network employees (including induction, mandatory, sales, managerial, and soft skills development training),
Preparing comprehensive training programs – from needs analysis and content design to evaluation and effectiveness measurement,
Creating and implementing an annual training plan that meets the organization's needs and the Bank's development strategy,
Responsibility for coordinating and implementing mandatory trainings key to ensuring compliance and the operational security of the organization,
Implementing and developing modern tools and e-learning platforms, automating training processes, and implementing new technologies in the L&D area,
Searching for and implementing innovative forms of development, including solutions based on AI, microlearning, blended learning, and social learning,
Collaborating with the UniCredit Group training team, managers, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify development needs and create adequate solutions,
Developing, updating, and managing training materials, including those dedicated to specific departments or job groups,
Selecting, collaborating with, and settling accounts with external providers, and supervising the training budget,
Reporting and analyzing the effectiveness of development activities and recommending improvements.
Skills you should have Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the training area in banking,
Very good knowledge of L&D trends, including modern technologies, digital learning, and solutions based on data and AI,
Ability to analyze training needs and design adequate training plans,
Experience in implementing e-learning platforms or systems – welcome,
English language proficiency enabling fluent communication,
Organizational and analytical competencies – the ability to effectively plan, organize work, and report and analyze data.
