Support sales operations by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries to drive business growth in the marine service sector.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate information and prepare detailed quotations
• Follow up on quotations and sales leads to convert opportunities into confirmed orders
• Process sales orders efficiently and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline sales and delivery processes
• Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Experience in marine, engineering, or industrial supplies sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support sales documentation and reporting
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
