Job Summary

You will deliver and collect goods and documents, transport engineers to various locations, and support logistics activities to ensure smooth marine service operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods, documents, and materials according to assigned schedules to meet operational needs
• Transport engineers safely between office, ports, shipyards, vessels, and customer sites for scheduled trips
• Confirm delivery accuracy and obtain customer acknowledgements to ensure service quality
• Load, unload, and secure cargo safely during transportation to prevent damage and ensure compliance
• Plan and optimize routes to achieve timely deliveries, collections, and personnel transport
• Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures to maintain safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance for operational tracking
• Assist with warehouse and logistics tasks as needed to support team efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence to operate company vehicles safely and legally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred to ensure familiarity with driving tasks
• Demonstrate physical fitness to handle loading and unloading activities safely
• Exhibit responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness to maintain reliable service
• Communicate effectively and build positive interpersonal relationships with team and customers
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to support operational goals
