JOB SUMMARY
To responsible for all the activities of Legal, Compliance & Regulatory team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Legal & Compliance Affair Section (60%)
- Give advisory/ comment/ recommendation to any of company legal related issues.
- Counsel the management in all legal questions, review legal document and assistance in negotiations.

- Education/ Professional qualification required:
- Law University graduated or higher in business law
- Fluent in English
- Good computer skills (MS Office) and Google Doc.
- Experience and Abilities required:
- Typically requires 10+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience as the in house counselor that cover the same scope of responsibilities...
