Content Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments Perform strategic content management for the in-person and online training area; Capture technical product information, research teaching methodologies, and create content dissemination channels for products to support the store network; Perform direct content creation and intermediation of content production with communication agencies.

Requirements and qualifications

Necessary Knowledge in the area of training and corporate communication; Knowledge of EAD tools, image editing and presentation tools, and online, in-person, and blended learning methodologies; Knowledge in creation, proofreading, and textual communication; Advanced English and/or Spanish.

Desirable Knowledge of narratives and Storytelling; Office Package, Adobe, and Canva tool; Experience in furniture industries or custom furniture stores.
