Investment Banking Associate

Perform detailed financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation of subject companies and transactions; and present findings and recommendations.

Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research and analysis.

Prepare deal marketing documents, including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management and investor presentations.

Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, investors and internal stakeholders.

Participate in client/ investor meetings, due diligence and in the preparation, review and execution of transaction documents in coordination with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure deal compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations, and management of internal client/ transaction files.

Collaborate with other departments to support business development efforts.

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives

Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance, Management/ Business Administration, Economics or Accounting.

Minimum of 1 year of related work experience

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and general financial knowledge;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and demonstrates problem-solving skills;

Project and time management skills;

Ability to collaborate effectively and be a contributing member of the team;

Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines; and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
