Stock Control Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control all inventory transactions, receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

Reconcile physical stock with ERP and SAP and accounting records.

Conduct and supervise periodic stock counts and investigate variances.

Prepare inventory reconciliation and analysis reports.

Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.

Review inventory costing and related accounting entries.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Projects teams.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal control procedures.

Support internal and external audits related to inventory.

Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

5–8 years of experience in Stock Control, Inventory Accounting, or Cost Accounting.

Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems and SAP System.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience in industrial, trading, contracting, or electrical/power companies is preferred.
