Do you want to cook brunost at a small dairy?

We at Undredal Stølsysteri SA need a brunost-cook from February 2027.

You must like waking up early and you must be able to both boil down, decorate cheese, and place new cheese in molds every day. Education in dairy farming is not necessary, but you must be independent, take hygiene seriously, be able to communicate well in Norwegian or English, and be motivated for the task. This is traditional craftsmanship that is rewarding, but physically demanding work.

We are primarily looking for someone who wants to work the entire 2027 season. We produce in the period from February to October. Other tasks may be added. Salary according to agreement.
