Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) for cosmetic products

Your Tasks You discover trends, understand target groups, and translate insights into real product ideas.

You take care of careful market and competitor analyses.

You accompany the journey of a product – from the first formulation ideas to the launch.

You are the interface and communicator: between development, marketing, controlling, and production.

You provide input to our marketing team for stories, texts, and training materials.

You are the contact person for the sales team and convey a deeper understanding of the product.

You assist with product merchandise tasks for stationary retail.

You have an eye for detail: from artworks to INCI lists.

You lend a hand with special projects, presentations, and trade fair preparations – and are present on-site yourself.

You actively shape packaging, active ingredient concepts, and contribute your ideas to product development.

You work closely with our international sourcing partners.

Your Profile Completed training or studies – ideally with a focus on business, marketing, or product management.

Initial professional experience in product management, preferably in the cosmetics or lifestyle sector.

Analytical thinking paired with creativity and a sense for trends.

Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a "hands-on" mentality.

Good MS-Office skills (especially Excel).

Very good English skills in speaking and writing.
