QAQC Manager

Developing and implementing company-wide QA/QC policies and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards.

Leading internal and external quality audits.

Supporting tender submissions and client quality requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) systems for LTA and railway projects.

Ensure compliance with LTA regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.

Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to maintain high-quality construction and safety standards.

Manage and lead QAQC teams, providing training and guidance on quality procedures.

Act as the primary point of contact for LTA M&C, Qualified Person (QP), and Supervising Professionals (RE/RTO) on all quality matters.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.

Prepare and review quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action plans.

Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on QAQC matters.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and efficiency.

Manage the compilation and verification of Final Quality Records and As-Built documentation for the Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
