Sales Advisor 35H - PARIS - CDI (M/F)

As part of our retail development, we are looking for a Sales Advisor for our second boutique in Paris. You will be part of our sales force by ensuring the proper upkeep of the boutique and becoming an ambassador for the Unbottled brand! Supervised by the Boutique Manager, your mission will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience and to develop the boutique's turnover. We are looking for someone with experience, great motivation, and an appetite for eco-designed cosmetics.

The missions will be as follows:

1) Sales:

• Welcoming our clientele
• Advising our clientele (understanding the need, proposing suitable and personalized products...)
• Building customer loyalty by providing a unique experience and transmitting the brand's values
• Contributing to the development of our brand image by offering unique service
• Developing the boutique's turnover by reaching sales objectives

2) Merchandising and supply:

• Arranging the sales floor and managing stock levels
• Participating in the arrangement of displays and changes to merchandising, and restocking
• Receiving deliveries and checking delivery notes (compliance, quality, quantity)
• Arranging the sales floor and managing stock levels
• Ensuring the proper upkeep of the boutique and participating in tidying and cleaning

SEARCH PROFILE:

• You have a sense of advice, customer service, and sales
• You already have one or more significant experience(s) in sales
• Your English is fluent and you are comfortable with an international clientele
• You have a sensitivity to cosmetics and are personally committed to an ecological approach
• You are rigorous, dynamic, and comfortable with cash register tools and figures
• You are punctual, invested, and your presentation is excellent
