JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

UNAA (URBAN NATION ARCHITECTS & ASSOCIATES) is an agency composed of about thirty people offering architecture, landscape, and interior design services based in France and Belgium; it is resolutely oriented towards the international market. JOB MISSIONS:

Within the agency, you will work on contemporary Architecture Projects, exterior and interior layouts for stations, airports, as well as in road and highway environments. On these Projects with a strong technical component, both in new construction and rehabilitation, you will perform the following tasks in close collaboration with the Project Managers.

Technical:

• Development of graphic documents (plans, sections, technical details.)
• Participation in design and execution studies
• Production of technical files (DCE, PRO, EXE.)
• Coordination with various stakeholders (BET, Companies, Maîtrise d'Ouvrage.)
• Participation in the analysis of offers and the technical monitoring of Projects

Monitoring:

• Ensuring the proper execution of the project

Efficiency:

• Ensuring missions are carried out in compliance with deadline and quality criteria
• Contributing to the resolution of technical and regulatory issues
• Proposing solutions related to execution monitoring issues to the Project Managers
• Respecting HSE regulations and processes

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Minimum 18 months of maîtrise d'œuvre d'exécution
• Desired experience in land planning and infrastructural projects
• Excellent professional mastery of the English language
• Marked interest in highly technical projects
• Great flexibility associated with frequent travel (Driving license B indispensable)

APPLICATION AND IT SKILLS:

• Imperative mastery of AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and computer-generated imagery
• Desired mastery: BIM (Revit or Archicad), geographic information systems (SIG)
• Knowledge of Archipad appreciated
• Adobe Photoshop
