Buyer IT

As an IT Buyer, you are the link between our internal teams and the IT vendors that help realize our digital ambitions. You ensure smart, strategic purchases of IT products and services, always with an eye for quality, cost-efficiency, and compliance.

You work in line with our global procurement strategy and help build a future-oriented, digital purchasing organization.

What will you do?

• You build strong relationships with internal business partners and understand their needs.
• You identify opportunities to create value through competitive sourcing.
• You execute tactical purchases for IT hardware, software, services, and telecom.
• You manage the full procurement process: from RFX to contract and PO.
• You work closely with our preferred suppliers and monitor their performance.
• You help make our processes smarter — think of AI, automation, and digitalization.
• You maintain your purchasing files accurately and monitor added value.
• You ensure everything is 100% in line with policies, internal controls, and sustainability requirements.

Who are we looking for?

A driven colleague who recognizes themselves in the following:

• 2–5 years of experience in tactical purchasing, ideally in IT.
• Good knowledge of IT sourcing: hardware, licenses, SaaS, cloud, managed services.
• Strong communicator and negotiator; someone who builds trust.
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools (SAP, Ariba) is a plus.
• Analytical, accurate, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are certainly a plus.
• “Can-do” mentality, daring to take responsibility, eager to learn.
• And of course: a healthy dose of humor!
