UMI Group is looking for an Inventory Planner

Your tasks

• Responsibility for planning, controlling, and scheduling spare parts inventory in accordance with system data, demand forecasts, and market trend analysis.
• Managing inventory availability to ensure supply continuity and meeting company targets.
• Routine work with Purchasing, Import, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Service departments.
• Working with internal and external interfaces.
• Previous experience as an Inventory Planner in the automotive or spare parts field – mandatory.

Requirements

Experience from the retail sector is also acceptable.

• Experience in the automotive field and familiarity with the spare parts sector – advantage.
• Very high proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and report generation – mandatory.
• Experience working with ERP systems – significant advantage.
• Good level of English – mandatory.
• High analytical ability and systemic thinking.
• Precision, order, and attention to detail, in addition to the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of interfaces.
