Actively shape the future of controlling Do you want to not only analyze numbers but also optimize processes, further develop systems, and help shape the digital transformation of a company? In this role, you will combine classic controlling with modern SAP S/4HANA competence and make a significant contribution to sound management decisions. Become part of a team that actively thinks further about finance processes and shapes the future of controlling. You will take an active role in the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA in the controlling environment. You will play a decisive role in the further development and standardization of processes in the area of Finance & Controlling. You will work closely with specialist departments and international stakeholders and act as a sparring partner for business-related questions. You will analyze financial key figures, recognize trends, and derive concrete recommendations for action for management. You will design the optimization of reporting, planning, and controlling processes and drive digitalization in the finance area. You will support the team in day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and smooth processes.
Completed commercial or economic training (HAK, FH, university or comparable) with several years of professional experience in controlling or the finance area. Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis. Very good SAP knowledge in the FI/CO environment (especially CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA, and PS). Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or great interest in actively shaping the transformation in this environment. Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and modern controlling tools. Very good Excel skills as well as experience with reporting and planning systems. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high standard of quality. Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way. Good English skills in speaking and writing.
