We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in a key leadership role.

The Head of Commercial & Operations will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the commercial division within the tourism and travel sector. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, managing relationships with travel partners and suppliers, and ensuring the efficient operation of tourism products and services. The individual will also be tasked with designing and promoting travel routes, managing marketing initiatives, and sourcing tourism resources to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the tourism industry are essential for this position.

This position is available for a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry. Proficiency in travel sales, tourism policy, tourism product operations, marketing and promotion, resource procurement, and route design is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
