Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site workers
- Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements
- Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations
- Work at height and oversee high-risk activities
- Handle day & night rotating shifts and overtime when required
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction site supervision
- Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly
- Willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts
- Able to work at height and in demanding site conditions
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and MOM regulations
- Good communication skills (English / Tamil / Hindi / basic Chinese preferred)
- BCA Safety Supervisor Certificate / relevant construction certification is an advantage
