HR Recruitment Intern

Ultimate Education is looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist with job posting and recruitment administration.
• Support other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• University student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
• Interested in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Willing to work Monday–Thursday, 10.00–18.00 WIB, WFO.
