Your responsibilities

• You lead the Regulatory Affairs International team with 8 employees
• You coordinate all activities regarding product approvals and change notifications outside of Germany
• You work closely with our subsidiaries in China and the USA
• You optimize internal workflows within your area of responsibility using AI as well as other tools
• You support the optimization of technical documentation for the international sector
• You develop registration standards, monitor changes in the regulatory environment, initiate measures if necessary, and train employees
• You lead regulatory projects and report directly to the Head of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs

What you bring to the role

• You have a degree in medical technology or a corresponding technical education with continuous further qualifications in the field of Regulatory Affairs
• In addition to several years of professional experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs, we require sound leadership experience
• You have experience with international approvals and have potentially generated submissions for China or the USA yourself
• Sound knowledge of technical documentation for medical devices
• In addition to good MS-Office skills and initial experience in dealing with AI, you also have very good English skills
• Your personality is characterized by sovereignty, assertiveness, coordination skills, and good moderation skills, combined with a high orientation towards implementation
• You round off your profile with the ability to perceive problems, develop structured pragmatic solutions, and communicate complex issues understandably in interdisciplinary teams
