Your Role

• As Project Manager, you are responsible for the execution of international and cross-functional development projects for spinal systems and navigation, leading your team from ideation to roll-out
• You assume technical leadership of project teams, track and assign work packages to project members as well as external service providers, and ensure that project KPIs are monitored
• You create the reporting structure for the project, report regularly to stakeholders, and adhere to specifications regarding cost, time, and quality
• You support and coordinate international interfaces such as development and design, product safety, product management, as well as Regulatory Affairs
• You participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation

What You Bring

• You have a successfully completed engineering degree in the field of medical technology or mechanical engineering, preferably with a Master's degree, or have a comparable qualification
• You bring sound experience in project management, documentation, and ideally the development of medical devices, and are proficient in handling project plans
• Furthermore, you have knowledge of regulatory guidelines for medical technology, in particular EN ISO 13485, Directive 93/42/EEC, MDR, and 21 CFR Part 820
• In addition to very good English skills, you impress with a high degree of independence, open and respectful communication, as well as a high level of organizational ability, which you use to motivate and lead your project teams to success
• Very good knowledge in the application of MS Office, Jira, and a PDM system round off your profile
