  • Maintain the stock of sauces, napkins, and service supplies.

  • Supervise and execute the cleaning of tableware (cutlery, glassware, tableware, trays, etc.).
  • Enter orders into the system, being responsible for the assigned code.
  • Comply with opening and closing tasks according to the side jobs.

  • Carry food from the kitchen to the lounge.
