Based in Tullins, our 90 colleagues design and manufacture broaching tools as well as all products and services associated with this technology: we offer broaching machines, as well as sharpening and custom broaching services. Our tools are intended for the aerospace, automotive, and energy industries.

We position ourselves as the only French manufacturer of 'pied de sapin' broaches, as a European leader in this market, and as experts in the broaching function.

SMOC Industries' purpose is to provide premium tools and services to the industry around the rolling and broaching process.

Your tasks

Embark on an aerospace journey and join SMOC Industries as a scheduling and supply-chain technician.

This position combines order management, coordination, service monitoring, and logistics. It requires a good technical understanding of our products and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your missions, if you join us, will consist of controlling, recording, and scheduling customer orders in our ERP, specifically verifying the consistency of information:

• Carrying out service purchases by preparing and transmitting the necessary technical information & documents
• Preparing and organizing shipments in France and internationally
• Participating in the reliability of data and flows

Requirements

With a Bac+2/3 degree primarily in a technical or industrial field, ideally a BTS ATI or equivalent, you have initial experience in an industrial environment.

You possess a good technical culture allowing you to read and understand a drawing, identify a product and its characteristics, and communicate with our production teams as well as our suppliers.

Rigorous and organized, you are comfortable with IT tools and data manipulation. You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of Access or Power BI would be appreciated.

A level of professional English will allow you to be comfortable in your exchanges.

Knowledge of customs formalities is a plus.
