Your tasks

As a Maintenance Instructor M/F, you design and deliver theoretical and practical training intended for maintenance technicians. You guarantee the compliance of content with current procedures and regulations, and adapt your methods to ensure optimal understanding. You evaluate learning outcomes, develop innovative pedagogical materials, and work in close collaboration with operational teams and clients to meet their specific needs. Your contribution is essential to continuously improve programs and maintain a high level of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent) in a technical or aeronautical field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance
• Mastery of safety standards, maintenance processes, and applicable regulations
• Pedagogical ease, ability to structure and transmit complex knowledge clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage training groups
• Fluent English to work with international teams and resources
• Analytical skills, rigor, reactivity, and a taste for continuous improvement.
