JOB SUMMARY The AI Engineer is a technical role responsible for supporting the development and adoption of AI technologies across the organization. The role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and support enterprise digitalization initiatives. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AI Application Development Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI and Maintain Learning applications. Develop AI-powered solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and user experiences. Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new enterprise application through APIs and application services. Agentic AI & Large Language Models (LLMs) Develop and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Agentic AI systems. Design, evaluate and optimize prompts to improve response quality and consistency. Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generative (RAG) solutions and knowledge-based AI applications. Develop AI Agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. Data & AI Model Management Prepare, process, and manage data required for AI applications and model development. Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies. Integration AI applications with enterprise data platforms, Fabric SQL databases, and APIs as required. Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance, reliability, and effectiveness of AI models and applications. Cloud & Platform Deployment Deploy and support AI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and OpenAI APIs. Manage AI application deployment and maintenance using Docker, Git, and cloud technologies. Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and data privacy requirements. Business Collaboration & Support Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify AI use cases. Translate business requirements into practical AI-driven solutions. Prepare technical documentation and provide application support where required. Support AI initiatives involving HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and other Enterprise Business Applications. Research & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Conduct research, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations to support innovation initiatives. Recommend and implement improvements to AI applications and processes.

REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 2to 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, or AI-powered application development. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating AI Agents, Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)solutions. Experience in developing or supporting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Enterprise Business Applications is preferred. Knowledge of HR and payroll business processes, enterprise workflows, business process automation, and system integration is an added advantage. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Proficiency in Python and experience integrating services through REST APIs and JSON. Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and LangGraph. Experience with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and AI Agent development. Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Docker, Git, and cloud deployment technologies. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business requirements. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102). Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100). Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900). Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). Generative AI, LLM Engineering, Prompt Engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-related certifications from recognized training providers. TensorFlow Developer Certificate or equivalent AI/ML certifications.
