Service Technician Worldwide (m/f/d) (Mechatronics Technician)

Unbox your future - Your mission In your role as a Service Technician Worldwide, you will ensure the safe and high-quality execution of service assignments at our customers' sites worldwide, thereby contributing significantly to our customers' satisfaction. Through regular training/instruction for new machines and services, you will represent Uhlmann as a competent contact person on-site at our customers' locations. In doing so, you will be essentially involved in customer loyalty and our customers' smooth processes, and you will sustainably secure our high quality standards and our competitiveness.

Unbox your job - Your tasks

• Execution of service assignments on our packaging machines and inspection systems
• Repair and troubleshooting, conversion of systems to new products, as well as complex modifications
• Assembly and commissioning of machines and systems at our customers' sites and support of production on-site
• Advising customers regarding maintenance, preventive maintenance, and the application possibilities of spare parts packages and machine upgrades

Unbox your assets - Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatroniker or Elektroniker and existing experience with complex machines
• Ideally a degree as a Techniker
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working when dealing with malfunctions
• Experience with on-site assembly assignments at the customer's site
• Good English skills and unrestricted willingness to travel
• Communicative personality as well as a cooperative, goal-oriented, and confident appearance and a high level of customer orientation
