Quality Manager Integrated Management Systems Global (m/f/d) (Specialist - Quality Assurance/-Management)
As a Quality Manager (m/f/d), you ensure that our global quality standards are consistently lived, further developed, and measurably improved. You manage the integrated management system, harmonize processes across locations, and create structures that sustainably strengthen efficiency, safety, and compliance. With your technical understanding and your ability to drive projects forward in a team, you ensure that audits run smoothly, findings are consistently addressed, and improvements have a global impact. Through your eye for digitalization and innovation, you actively drive the further development of our quality management and make a decisive contribution to the global excellence of the Uhlmann Group.

- IMS governance and continuous further development of the integrated management system
- Implementation & support at the national and international locations of the Uhlmann Group
- Global audit management including planning, execution, and follow-up
- Audit Findings & CAPA Management - ensuring sustainable implementation of measures
- Global quality initiatives and governance to strengthen uniform standards
- Process and method harmonization across all locations
- Digitalization & innovation in quality management - development and introduction of modern tools and methods

- Completed technical or business administration studies or a comparable qualification with demonstrable experience in quality management
- Sound knowledge of integrated management systems and their practical application
- Confident command of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Auditor training as well as experience in audit management
- Very good English skills as well as routine in handling SAP, SAC, Confluence and Jira
- Global willingness to travel for audits and site support
- Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and enjoyment in further developing quality processes together in a team
