Your tasks

1. Consultant approvals and specification

  • Get our UPS range approved and listed with consulting engineers and design offices.
  • Present technical offerings, datasheets and references, and follow approvals through to completion.
  • Keep the approval status of each consultant up to date and renew approvals before they lapse.
  • Support consultants during design and BOQ preparation so our products are specified.

2. New clients and projects

  • Identify and pursue new accounts in target sectors (e.g. data centers, healthcare, banking, industrial, telecom, government and commercial buildings).
  • Track upcoming projects and tenders, and engage contractors and end users early.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers, in coordination with the technical team, and close negotiations.
  • Convert quotations into signed orders.

3. Rebuilding relationships with former clients

  • Review the lapsed-client list, find out why each account went quiet, and plan a re-engagement approach for each.
  • Offer upgrades, replacements, service contracts and new products to former clients.

4. Sustaining existing clients

  • Be the main commercial contact for assigned accounts: regular visits, calls and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with service and after-sales teams on installations, commissioning, warranty and maintenance.
  • Identify repeat-order, expansion and service-contract opportunities, and handle complaints quickly.

5. Reporting and internal coordination

  • Maintain the CRM or sales pipeline: leads, offers, visits, win/loss reasons.
  • Submit weekly activity reports and monthly pipeline and forecast reports.
  • Provide market and competitor feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with procurement, technical, finance and logistics on pricing, lead times and deliveries.
  • Follow up on payment collection for assigned accounts.

  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing a pipeline.
  • Able to read and discuss technical specifications and datasheets with consultants and engineers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent Arabic and good professional English, written and spoken.
  • Good command of MS Office; experience with a CRM is a plus.

  • Credible with technical people and commercially sharp.
  • Honest and reliable in dealing with clients and colleagues.
