Project Manager - San Pedro Sula y Tegucigalpa

Plan, develop, and manage telecommunications solutions/risks and services that respond to business and customer needs, ensuring the correct execution of assigned projects or activities, the efficient use of resources, and compliance with established quality standards, timelines, and budget.

1. Define project guidelines, standards, and methodology, planning and controlling its life cycle.
2. Determine the project scope, managing changes or deviations to ensure the achievement of objectives.
3. Maintain relationships with customers, communicating the status of fiber optic solutions, infrastructure, FTTH, Direct Cloud Connectivity, and others.
4. Administer costs and budget, ensuring quality and compliance with committed timelines.
5. Generate progress reports and specific reports for customers and Management, evidencing timelines, tasks, and project status.
6. Analyze documentation, reports, and project evolution to anticipate risks, ensuring Ticketing follow-up through the software tool and POWER BI.
7. Supervise the project life cycle, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and business best practices.
8. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (operations, engineering, providers, subcontractors, and customers) to guarantee deliveries on time and in form.
9. Monitor project execution KPIs.
10. Execute any other functions designated by the immediate supervisor.

Requisitos:

Professional in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Telemática, Civil, or related careers.

Training: PMP and/or SCRUM technical course.
