Who are we?

Udea is a wholesaler in organic food, natural drugstore products, and sustainable non-food. Additionally, Udea has the organic supermarket chain Ekoplaza and the Marqt formula. It focuses on the Benelux and supplies organic specialists and foodservice.

Udea's distribution center is mechanized for nearly three-quarters of the volume. The concept has been live since late 2020 and is unique: Wholesale orders for stores and webshop orders for consumers are collected in parallel. This takes place in a combination of chilled fresh and ambient products from 1 shuttle warehouse with multiple temperature zones. With the advanced Astro Warehouse Management Systeem, we manage our logistical flows.

As Shiftleader Expeditie, you participate in the daily tasks and, alongside the assistant shift leader and the team leader, you are the point of contact for the team. What are you going to do?

You will work in the Expeditie department in Veghel for 40 hours per week. As a shift leader, you work closely with the team leader and the assistant shift leader(s). You monitor the productivity and quality in your department on a daily basis. Additionally, you instruct, motivate, and coach colleagues and ensure that you deliver the work together in the correct manner.

Who are you?

• You possess an MBO 3/4 diploma or have reached this level through experience;
• You are available in the evenings, from 15:30 until closing;
• You are flexible, accurate, and responsible;
• You maintain an overview and remain calm during busy and hectic periods;
• The interest of the customer is central;
• You speak at least English;
• You do not find it a problem to work in the cold.
