Qualifications: Senior high school, Vocation Certification or Diploma degree Lead and Drive Competence Development in area responsibility and 3x3x3 utilize in team level Quick response on basic problem solving on front line issues Use computer Ms. Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Outlook Consult in operator performance evaluation and development program with Chief Leader Assembly Instruction or Work Instruction Prefer 3-5 years working experience in truck operations and/or passes the evaluation from Production/WH/HR and VPS development program Action oriented Basic English skills Good communication, Presentation skill and coordinated with XF skill Accountability Good understanding in operation process & System Daily management Coaching and Feedback ability Basic planning Skill Continuous improvement mindset
