Leads end-to-end procurement activities, including international sourcing, supplier relationship management, negotiations, and contract execution to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply operations.

  • Lead comprehensive market research and supplier analysis across both domestic and international markets to ensure competitive sourcing strategies
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for complex and high-value purchases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company policies
  • Lead commercial negotiations with local and international suppliers, securing optimal pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contractual conditions
  • Initiate and oversee contract drafting, review, and negotiation in cooperation with Legal and Finance departments
  • Drive international procurement activities, including cross-border sourcing, vendor evaluation, import/export considerations, and logistics coordination
  • Develop, maintain, and strategically expand a qualified and diversified supplier base
  • Plan, organize, and manage tenders and competitive bidding processes to ensure transparency and value optimization
  • Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement improvement actions where necessary
  • Ensure full documentation, compliance, and audit readiness of procurement transactions
  • Provide analytical reports and procurement insights to management to support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement practices
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Higher education, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in procurement, including experience in international procurement and supplier negotiations
  • Proven track record of managing complex procurement cycles and high-value contracts
  • Strong experience in international sourcing, vendor management, and cross-border negotiations
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in procurement and accounting software (including ՀԾ) and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Having a driver’s license and own car will be considered a plus
