This mission is suited for a Production Engineer profile (N3+/N4 support expert), oriented towards Business IT Administration, with a mission in an agile context and high application stakes.

DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION

The Application Production team consists of about ten collaborators, in charge of build/run.

Its main missions are:

• Ensure the integration, qualification, and operation of applications
• Guarantee the maintenance of operational conditions for application infrastructures
• Monitor application performance
• Keep the perimeter CMDB up to date
• Propose and implement improvements
• Perform monitoring of Production indicators
• Control the compliance of requests with Production norms and standards, and take into account operational constraints
• Perform monitoring of operations and new projects with clients
• Manage the obsolescence of OS, databases, and technical components
• Manage the correction of vulnerabilities

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Possess a good general knowledge of technical infrastructures and in particular of the Distributed world (Linux, Windows) and private clouds. Master tools dedicated to Application Productions (Control-M, CFT, Bitbucket, XLD/XLR, Jenkins, Appdynamics, Zabbix). Scripting capacity in Python/Shell/PowerShell with knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server databases

• System: Windows, Linux -> Imperative
• DBMS: SQL language, knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL -> appreciated
• Languages: PowerShell, Python, Perl, Shell (bash, csh, ksh) -> Imperative
• Scheduler: Control-M -> Imperative
• Exchange system: CFT -> highly appreciated
• DevOps CICD tools: Bitbucket, Jenkins, XLD, XLR -> Imperative
• Web Infrastructure: IIS, Apache -> Imperative
• Monitoring: Appdynamics, Zabbix -> highly appreciated

Profile Definition
