Detailed Description Ensure the activities below for all Information Systems, under the responsibility of the Collaborator Platform management, in France and abroad on more than 30 sites and for nearly 120,000 users:

• The evolution of Directory architectures
• Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) within this scope
• Projects surrounding these infrastructures and solutions

The service will be performed within a Directory department (30 people) responsible for the administration and securing of security directory infrastructures:

• Microsoft Active Directory directories
• Cloud services Office 365 / Azure AD / GCP
• Microsoft ADLDS application security directories
• Password synchronization, change audit, monitoring, and restoration tools (MIM, Change Auditor)
• Intranet content management tools,
• Network services implemented on Microsoft systems: DNS, DFS

The candidate will work on Active Directory directory infrastructure topics:

• Definition and administration of the group's Active Directory ADDS and ADLDS directories
• Contribute to the monitoring of company environments
• Participate in the maintenance of Active Directory infrastructures
• Participate in the Maintenance in Operational Condition of Active Directory infrastructures
• Support infrastructure projects
• Handle N3 incidents
• Automate processes and powershell scripting

Profile Definition Provides expertise while providing advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts on the infrastructures under their responsibility Performs technological monitoring Can intervene directly on all or part of a project within their field of expertise and participate in studies of the general infrastructure, its evolution, and its qualification Ensures the installation and configuration engineering of simple or complex technical platforms. Coordinates, if necessary, the various technical stakeholders involved in the installation process ("Build") Ensures the proper functioning of the information system by taking into account Infrastructure availability, incident correction, and the Maintenance in Operational Condition of these Infrastructures with an objective of quality, productivity, and security Performs technical design for the implementation of their infrastructures or products Participates in studies to define the infrastructures necessary for project needs and the Maintenance in Operational Condition of the Infrastructures Proposes solutions to improve system or platform performance Ensures the interface with experts from other domains Defines methods, tools, and qualifies the implementation of protocols and hardware Verifies the application of standards (IT security, quality...) Performs monitoring and prospective technological evaluation of products Performs infrastructure installation ("Build"), configuration, and validation of infrastructure components Performs diagnostics to identify causes of malfunction and propose corrections and workarounds Ensures the operation of technical components and participates in their "capacity planning" ("Run") Defines and implements rules for good management and exploitability of systems or products
