Detailed description: organizes "file" type data around NetApp NAS storage according to 3 categories (Application, Office, and Technical) All of this storage is administered from the Charenton-le-Pont (Val de Marne) site.

Project description:

The project consists of providing expertise and ensuring the operational maintenance of NAS Storage infrastructures.

Service description:

The service will consist of:

• Handling requests and incidents
• Providing expertise and support to infrastructure clients
• Participating in evolution projects for these infrastructures, notably migrations
• Proposing and developing optimization tools / methods

The proposed mission is subject to shifted hours and participation in the on-call rotation.

Profile definition: Provides expertise while ensuring advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts on the infrastructures under its responsibility Performs technological monitoring Can intervene directly on all or part of a project within its field of expertise and participate in studies of the general infrastructure, its evolution, and its qualification Ensures the installation and configuration engineering of simple or complex technical platforms. Coordinates, if necessary, the various technical stakeholders involved in the installation process (“Build”) Ensures the proper functioning of the information system by taking into account Infrastructure availability, incident correction, and the Maintenance in Operational Condition of these Infrastructures with an objective of quality, productivity, and security Performs technical design for the implementation of its infrastructures or products Participates in studies to define the infrastructures necessary for project needs and the Maintenance in Operational Condition of the Infrastructures Proposes solutions to improve system or platform performance Ensures the interface with experts from other domains Defines methods, tools, and qualifies the implementation of protocols and hardware Verifies the application of standards (IT security, quality) Performs monitoring and prospective technological evaluation of products Performs infrastructure installation (“Build”), configuration, and validation of infrastructure components Performs diagnostics to identify causes of malfunction and propose corrections and workarounds Ensures the operation of technical components and participates in their “capacity planning” (“Run”) Defines and implements rules for good management and exploitability of systems or products and qualifies them from a technical standpoint
