You will act technically in the analysis, monitoring, and optimization of production processes, supporting the investigation of deviations, indicator management, implementation of continuous improvements, and development of new processes, products, and technologies.The DNA of each UBY collaborator makes them unique!#grupoubyagro#vemprauby#somosubyfolianos#somosubyloversResponsibilities and assignmentsIn this position you will be responsible for:Daily monitoring of production process performance in the field by performing data collection and analysis of operational data, as well as supporting production teams in identifying and correcting process deviations;Leading continuous improvement projects using continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, and Kaizen, among others;Preparing statistical process analyses to support decision-making;Preparing and reviewing procedures, flows, and others, aiming at process efficiency;Analyzing more complex problems by diagnosing defects and guiding, proposing improvements, solutions, and functional tests, when necessary;Using statistical tools for process and performance analysis;Developing and providing support for automation improvements related to new projects/processes;Monitoring the performance of production processes through the analysis of operational indicators, statistical process control (SPC), and field monitoring, proposing actions to eliminate deviations and improve operational performance;Conducting and validating technology transfer processes, industrial tests, and approvals of raw materials and inputs, new products, together with the P&D, Production, PCP, and other teams;Conducting, supporting, and preparing process tests to improve the performance of existing products and for demands coming from other departments (Quality and P&D);Monitoring and controlling the variability of production processes through statistical tools and SPC;Defining, reviewing, and validating critical operational parameters of production processes;Developing productivity studies aiming at increased productivity and operational efficiency.Mapping production bottlenecks and proposing technical solutions to eliminate constraints;Performing line balancing studies and production flow optimization;Performing installed capacity and real process capacity studies, developing production capacity models to support investment and expansion decisions;Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the update of operational procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, BOMs, and production routes;Acting in the technical management of process changes through the conduct of PGM;Performing process capability studies (Cp, Cpk, and Pp/Ppk);Participating in and conducting investigations of operational deviations, incidents, and near-misses using structured root cause analysis methodologies and defining corrective and preventive actions;Participating in the identification and analysis of process risks through APR, What If, HAZOP, and operational risk analysis methodologies;Monitoring and supporting the planning and execution of the area's project pipeline;Supporting internal and external audits related to industrial processes;
Requirements and qualificationsTo be successful in this position you need:Necessary:Completed higher education in engineering (Chemical, Production, Industrial, or related areas);Experience in industry, industrial processes, and production;Knowledge in industrial processes and unit operations, Statistical tools, MS Office Package (advanced Excel, Word, PP), Continuous improvement and root cause analysis tools and methodologies (5 Whys, Lean 6 Sigma, Ishikawa, Fault Tree, etc.), Reading, interpretation, and management of industrial indicators (OEE, Uses, Productivity, etc.) and Statistical process control.Intermediate level Excel;Intermediate English; Availability to reside in Uberaba/MG.Desirable:Postgraduate degree in the area; Green/Black Belt Certification; Experience with Power BI, Project Management, and Minitab is a plus.Additional informationCome be an ambassador of the UbyAgro cultureNuturing a visionary spirit;Valuing people;Cultivating Integrity;Ensuring excellence of our products and services;Developing relevant innovations for our culture;Botina Amarela (Identifying with the field from head to toe);
