This senior position manages hybrid/multicloud environments, solves complex problems, and aligns infra with business strategies, promoting automation and reduction of operational costs.The DNA of each UBY collaborator makes them unique!#grupoubyagro#vemprauby#somosubyfolianos#somosubyloversResponsibilities and assignmentsIn this position you will be responsible for:Designing and implementing on-premise and cloud (Azure) infrastructure architectures.Managing servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and high-performance storage.Leading cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and high availability (HA/DR).Coordinating junior/mid-level teams in critical incidents and infra projects.Designing Azure architectures with a focus on Windows VMs, Azure AD, AKS, and PaaS services (App Service, Functions).Implementing IaC with ARM Templates, Bicep, and Terraform for Windows/Azure environments.Monitoring performance and costs with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cost Management.Configuring Azure security (NSGs, Azure Firewall, Sentinel) and compliance (Azure Policy, Blueprints).Automating backups, DR, and HA with Azure Site Recovery and Backup for Windows workloads.Optimizing storage (Azure Files, Disks) and virtual networks for Windows/.NET applications.Leading advanced troubleshooting and team training in Azure/Windows.Ensuring compliance with standards (LGPD, ISO 27001) and infrastructure audits.Automating processes with tools such as, for example: Ansible, Terraform, and scripts (PowerShell/Bash).Managing outsourced NOC services, monitoring SLAs, coordinating critical incidents, escalations, and alignment with internal operations.

Requirements and qualificationsTo be successful in this position you need:RequiredHigher Education in IT, Network Engineering, or related areas;Experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on enterprise and Cloud environments;Advanced mastery of Azure services (VMs, AKS, Entra ID) and Active Directory;Advanced mastery in cloud computing, networking (Cisco/Juniper), and virtualization;Knowledge in automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep) and DevOps (Azure DevOps Pipelines);Technical leadership and mentoring in teams;Intermediate English;Availability to reside in Uberaba/MG.Desirable:Postgraduate degree in the area;Experience in Microsoft Azure environments;Experience with ERP integrations (Senior/Sapiens) in Azure and hybrid identity;Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert;Knowledge in Windows containers (Docker, AKS) and observability (Azure Monitor, Grafana);Advanced English.
