Your tasks

About the role The Compliance team is looking for a committed and results-oriented intern to fill the position of Intern Auditor for Electronic Files. This professional internship is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in developing knowledge and experience in electronic auditing and the management of digitized information. Under general supervision and with constant mentorship, the selected candidate will support the digitization, uploading, and auditing of electronic files, as well as the generation of reports and follow-up on pending items.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Support the team with the digitization and uploading of Manifestaciones de Valor and Spreadsheets signed by importers' Legal Representatives.
• Generate daily reports on internal platforms (One Site/LED and Portal) to detect correct and incorrect uploads in the system.
• Maintain a record of arrivals of packages and boxes via courier containing signed documents.
• Distribute digitized documents to the corresponding auditor for review.
• Support audits of electronic files and the management of pending items.
• Follow up on missing items with the corresponding areas.

Requirements

Basic requirements

• Active student from 6th, 7th semester onwards, of any degree or profession, preferably L.C.E., L.A.E., Business Management, or other related fields.
• Indispensable knowledge of Google Package (Gmail, Sheets, Drive).
• Availability to work part-time (approximately 30 hours per week).
• High analytical capacity, results orientation, and willingness to be accountable.
• Basic English.
