Senior IT Project Manager – Banking & Digital Transformation

- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with significant experience in Banking / Financial Services technology projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with budgets of USD 10 to 20M+ and multiple technology workstreams.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery covering requirements, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment and production rollout.
- Experience managing 50+ technical resources / multi-vendor teams, including demand-supply planning, capacity management and resource forecasting.
- Strong PMO governance experience covering RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, project controls, audit and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budget forecasting, burn rate, cost optimisation, variance analysis, invoicing and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in vendor and commercial management, including SOW, SLA, contract management, vendor negotiations and procurement.
- Strong understanding of Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance and internal/external technology audits.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery, including Jira/Kanban, sprint governance, project planning and delivery tracking.
- Experience presenting project status, financials, risks and delivery performance to Senior Management, Steering Committees, CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and QBR forums.
- Strong experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence and enterprise project/financial management tools such as Clarity or equivalent.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent and demonstrable experience managing complex technology projects.
