Project Management Team Lead Remote

Your tasks

As our Project Management Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for both people and performance. You’ll support and guide the Project Managers, ensure smooth daily operations, and help the team balance client satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and profitability.

• Lead, support, and develop Project Managers, providing feedback and encouraging professional growth.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and effective implementation of processes and changes.
• Monitor KPIs, project profitability, and team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process optimization, efficiency, quality, and revenue growth.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across teams while maintaining a positive, accountable work environment.

Requirements

This role is for someone who enjoys working with people but is equally comfortable looking at numbers, questioning existing processes, making decisions, and turning ideas into practical improvements.

You won't be expected to simply maintain the status quo. We want someone who sees opportunities, takes initiative, and helps the team move forward.

• Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
