We are looking for a Business Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.

Responsibilities:

Period-end closing activities, financial validation, and reconciliations Cash flow, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis Preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis, including actuals vs budget and forecast reviews Preparation and maintenance of forecasts, budgets, and financial projections Monitoring business performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations Maintain, develop, and implement internal controls, financial policies, and compliance requirements Support business stakeholders in finance processes and act as a trusted business partner Perform risk assessment and identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation Provide financial guidance and decision-support analysis to related parties Participate in and support projects, system implementations, and new tool development Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely preparation of audit materials and responses Ensure accuracy and quality of financial data, reporting, and master data where applicable Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best-practice sharing across finance teams

Basic requirements for the position

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree 2-5 years of relevant experience Customer service mindset, problem solving skills Strong analytical mindset Fast learner Flexibility in adapting to fast-paced environment and changes High level of responsibility, detail-orientation Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
